Return Policy

Masaoodmarine return policy details on how and where to return damaged or defective items and how to make refund claims.

Return Policy

You have 7 days after delivery to send the unused product(s) back for a full refund or exchange. Valid reasons for refunds are:

The product is the wrong size

The product is faulty or was broken in shipment (TNT must be notified upon delivery of your order)

We sent you the wrong product (We apologize in advance!)  

MASAOODMARINE will pay the expenses for the return of the product to us and for sending it back to you. We will repair or we will change the product as soon as possible.

WARNING: That does not apply for in situations not described above. So in any other case, MASAOODMARINE does not assume the costs incurred for the exchange.  

 

All you need to do to return a product is the following:

Once you receive by e-mail a "Return Authorization number" (RAN#) you can return the product. With the RAN#, MASAOODMARINE will also send to you the address and all the documents you need for the return shipment back.

 

WARNING: All costs incurred to MASAOODMARINE due to not contacting us or waiting for the "Return Authorization Number (RAN#)" or not attaching all documents received for returning will be deducted from the amount due by MASAOODMARINE to the customer. MASAOODMARINE will not pay for any cost incurred to the customer because of these reasons.

 

What happens in case of warranty problems?

We ship all equipment in the original packaging with manuals and warranties provided by the manufacturers. MASAOODMARINE will always guarantee the equipment for the same time as the manufacturer does. In this time we will repair or exchange any product as soon as we receive it.

 

Although most leading brands give an International Warranty we believe that it is unethical for us to sell the product and leave local stores with possible warranty claims. Therefore in case of problems just send us an e-mail and we will give you all the information to arrange a pickup on our cost to have your product repaired or replaced within days. Please refer to our refund procedure for more details on how to make a refund claim.

Refund Procedure 

You may return unopened item you purchased to one of our retail outlets or through our on-line store.

Email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it stating your claim, invoice number; you have 7 days after delivery to send the unused product(s) back for a full refund or exchange. Valid reasons for refunds are:

The product is the wrong size

The product is faulty or was broken in shipment (TNT must be notified upon delivery of your order)

We sent you the wrong product (again, we apologize in advance!)

Once we have received your claim, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN#) for your claim. You must have the RAN# before you can return your product. We will not accept any claims without the RAN#. Also we will send you instructions on how to make your claim.

 

·  Fill out the return form included in the purchase attached to the invoice. Please include return items in its original packing and the RAN#.

·  Check your name and address are correct on the invoice. Include your mail address in case we need to contact you.

·  Enclose the invoice or a copy of the invoice with your return. Please ship the parcel via a traceable shipping method.

·  Returns after 7 days will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

·  All special orders and drop ships will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.

·  Return shipping charges will not be credited.
